The tenant's here are polite and look out for each other and don't micro manage each other which is great because if someone is doing something that bothers somebody and it is a viable complain and they can't bring it to the person themselves and truely be politelythe about the situation then said person is not giving the courtesy that they are asking for therefore they are undeserving which doesn't mean it shouldn't be granted but said person as open the door for future conflict
