We had a little power issue.at our apartment..they sent maintenance. A guy named Josh. He fixed the power did a great job ..and he even fixed the oven too..excellent work josh

The maintenance is amazing and they are on top of repairs. Josh really knows his stuff it was less then 24 hours for them to fix the problems. And they worked fast. Special shout out to the maintenance thank you.

This place is abusive. From kids running around and vandalizing the cars, to unresponsive and confrontational management. The apartments are in terrible shape, old, and unremarkable. Navigation of the parking lot is a joke and I'm sorry for any who have no other choice.

I called the property management and scheduled a tour for Tuesday, September 26 at 12pm. I arrived a few minutes early and by 12pm noticed nobody was there. I ended up calling their number 4 different times within a 15 minute period and nobody answered the phone. Additionally, no one even showed up for the tour. Definitely frustrating and a waste of time.

Very expensive. Maintenance is not repairing anything. I use to live there and it was terrible.

It is very ghetto. Roach infested, trash all over grounds and broken down fencing. Took over two years to get wall heater replacement. Leaking bathroom faucet that they said was mystery leak until it damaged bathroom. Drug dealers and shady visitors at all hours. Emily (new manager) very threatening and aggressive. Would not recommend to anyone. They put on a good front to get you in then you are on your own except for harassment from mgmt.

We been here at azlee apartment since October 2022 to present its great community our management team is fabulous to work with and the maintenance during day & emergencies maintenance they come help you out to get things fixed especially when u put in report to get work order done in unit they come the next day to look at what need be done.. much appreciated it ..
